What did we do?
In a new collaboration for 2021, we were approached to assist with ticket promotion and provide live social coverage for three day virtual event, Data4Good Festival. We were brought in towards the end of the planning stage for the event with the need for our social media and community management services, before and during the event.

Despite being called in quite close to the the beginning of the festival, we were able to work with the client to understand their key aims, expected results and establish the tone of voice they wanted to use in any content that was created.
We introduced a few more elements to the brief and adapted to the client’s preferred process of content gathering throughout the event.

We highlighted critical statements and key stats and also created on-brand assets throughout the festival to generate engagement and awareness for the event.
Throughout our work, we created a range of copy using emojis, images and tagged the speakers and companies involved for further exposure and reach. We also actively monitored the hashtag and interacted with the social media audience.
